Ingredients Required

Nethili Karuvadu-250g
TOmatoes-2
Onion-2
Chilly Powder-2 1/2 spoons (Based as per Spiciness)
Turmeric Powder-1 1/2 spoons
Mustard seeds-2 spoons
curry leaves
oil
Nethili Karuvadu Fry


Preparation method:

Chopped the tomatoes & onion finely.
And wash the Nethili Karuvadu(Dry fish) in water.
Then heat a pan with oil.And then add mustard seeds,curry leaves. After seeds get splutter add chopped onion and tomatoes,turmeric powder.Fry it well still the raw goes.

Now add Nethili Karuvadu and chill powder and pure water till the dry fishes get soaked.

Close the pan and keep it for 10 minutes.Then check whether dry fish is cooked or not.If so, now little amount oil and stir it well to get thick gravy.

At last add coriander leave and sever Nethili Karuvadu shallow gravy.
